Where We Ship
yourCOOLhomestore offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or destinations outside the United States.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Processing and delivery times may vary by product, destination, and carrier.
After your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase—or, when no timeframe was stated, within the period required by applicable law—we will contact you about the delay and provide the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free for all eligible destinations. There is no standard shipping charge for eligible orders.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to change the address.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo. For a missing package marked delivered, check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then contact us so we can help investigate.
