We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo. We will make it right with either a replacement or a full refund—your choice.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order has likely entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
